What each block weighs
One copy is ten characters, and the repeater puts a single space between copies, so N copies come to 11N minus 1 characters. Three copies is 32 characters; a hundred is 1,099.

Where it pastes and where it does not
- A single text message in the standard GSM-7 alphabet holds 160 characters, which is 14 copies. Longer texts are split into 153-character segments, so the 100-copy block travels as 8 segments.
- Discord caps one message at 2,000 characters. 181 copies fit, so the 100-copy block goes through in one piece and the 1,000-copy block does not.
- A 280-character post holds 25 copies.
Past a thousand copies the download is the safer route than the clipboard. Phone keyboards and in-app browsers often stall on a paste of that size.
Shorter and longer spellings
i love u saves two characters per copy, so a hundred copies is 899 instead of 1,099 – exactly 200 fewer, and 20,000 fewer at ten thousand copies. love you drops the pronoun and lands on that same 899. i love you too adds four characters a copy and pushes a hundred copies to 1,499.
