Most people typing this into a search box want a run of dots, not the two words. Clear the box, type the character you want, and the wall rebuilds around it. One period repeated 100 times comes out at 199 characters, because every copy carries a space after it.
That space is the one thing this tool will not drop, so an unbroken line of dots is not something it can build. The way around it is to make the group itself the seed: five periods in a row, repeated 100 times, gives 500 dots split by 99 spaces.
